I'm not getting any alerts to let me know that my statement's ready to view. What should I do?

 

Please check that we have your up to date contact details in Barclaycard online servicing or in the Barclaycard app.

In Barclaycard online servicing
You'll find them under the 'Your details' tab at the top of the page. You can also check your alert settings by going to 'Statements' and clicking on 'Alerts and notifications'.

In the Barclaycard app
Go to 'Your details' from the main menu. You can also check your statement alert settings by going to 'Statements' in the main menu. From there, choose 'Edit statement preferences', then 'Receive statement alerts by'.
